Hi Nina,

First off, let me thank you for this amazing website. Though I've been developing for quite a while, I'm new to DNN, and the skins hosted here have helped me start off with DNN very smoothly.

I had recently installed the XDDesignAway theme while playing around and learning DNN. I noticed that while using this skin in Horizontal mode, the menu has an issue rendering in Firefox. It works beautifully in IE. Is this a known issue, and does it have a work around? The Vertical version of the skin seems to work perfectly.

For your reference, I'm attaching a screenshot of how the menu renders in the recently released Firefox 3.

I also have this problem with my website using the XDDesignAway skin (Horizontal version) - it works great in IE7 but same problem as Varun Sharma's problem in Firebox 3. (see his photo above)

When the menu is selected, it gets highlighted with a light blue rectangle and seems to shift to the right more and more as you select a menu further to the right... hope this makes sense.

I am thinking of playing with the skin.css file to see if I can fix it, but just checking to see if there is already a work around?

I have actually made some changes to the design away skin - I have a new release coming out - it's a commercial one - and I have been playing with the menu again but what happens is on the second level in FireFox  - it doesn't show the background correctly.

I have managed to fix the blue hover state that shows, and tried to improve it as time goes on, but I guess that menu, firefox and dnn have always been a bit of a struggle.

I will be releasing this skin very soon -

It requires a little more tweaking of the menu - which - after DNN 5 won't work anyway - and I have been unable to get the nav menu to even get close to this - so I had to put it down.

I will endeavour to get this all online this week.

Please not - this is a commercial skin only - I will fix the css for the free one, but this is one that many people have asked me to do - so it's got more options for background images and it has a nice PSD file so you can create your own.
