I added xdmediablue to a webpage I had developed with minimal extropy skin.

Now my admin/skins pages shows that BOTH skins are loaded and in use so they can't be deleted.  I want to get rid of the minimal extropy one, but it keeps showing up when I try out other skins.

How can I get rid of it?

Hi Vince you need to make sure that as host - the minimal extropy skin is not used either - it has to be set in two places - admin and host.

Try that and see how you go.

Do I change it under host/host setting or admin/page setting?

When I click on the radial button for host in host/host, the xdmedia does not show up as an option, just the standard dnn colors and teh minimal entropy skin.

Should I install the xdmedia one there as well?

You may need to check that your skin is installed under Portals/_default/Skins - if you install under Portals/0/Skins - it's only visible to that portal -

If you install under Portals/_default/Skins - it means that both host and admin can use it.

So yes - you will need to make sure it's installed there.

Thanks. I ftp'd in and deleted the skin with no problems. Turns out easier that way!

    Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the update - yes - FTP is also good for managing skins and adjusting things.
